Sayādaw U Rajinda

ထေရုပ္ပတ္တိ အကျဉ်း (brief introduction):

• Sayādaw U Rajinda, was born in Shwebo District, Myanmar. He became a novice monk (Samanera) at the age of 10 and then a fully ordained monk (Bhikkhu) of Theravāda Monastic Order at the age of 20. Sayādaw has lived in Singapore for the last 12 years teaching meditation, dhamma and the adbidhamma. A practitioner of the Mahāsī Method, his simple spoken English has benefited many with his personal insights.Sayādaw is the founder of the Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation Centre (SMC) in Singapore and has been serving as its Religious Advisor ever since.
