Veluriya Sayādaw

ထေရုပ္ပတ္တိ အကျဉ်း (brief introduction):

Sayādaw ordained as a novice at the age of 12. At the age of 20, he was ordained as a bhikkhu. He has practiced at the Mahāsī Meditation Center for 20 years. Sayādaw has been teaching meditation to many Burmese and foreigners for 16 years. He often travels to countries such as Malaysia and Russia to teach and guide the practice of Mahāsī Meditation.
