Beelin Sayādaw

ထေရုပ္ပတ္တိ အကျဉ်း (brief introduction):

• Sayādaw U Paññādīpa, better known as Beelin Sayādaw (Burmese: ဘီးလင်းဆရာတော်ကြီး), has been teaching meditation since the mid-60s. He is a Mahā-Nāyaka Sayādaw, considered the highest and most respected level of a qualified teacher and is very experienced teaching western yogis. Sayādaw lived and taught in England for a number of years. For a decade he was the abbot at Tathāgata Meditation Center in San Jose, California and continues to teach there.
• Sayādaw came back to serve at Paṅḍiṭārāma Hse Mine Gon Forest Meditation Center in 2011. After Venerable Sayādaw U Paṅḍiṭābhivaṃsa passing in 2016, Beelin Sayādaw is fulfilling Sāsana responsibilities as a Mahā Nāyaka at Yangon Shwe Taung Gon (Golden Hill) Sāsana Yeiktha.
